Who do you work with?
Retailers, distributors, aesthetic clinics, and medical spas, both online and in-store.
Why buy through CNS Nature instead of going to the brand directly?
We vet the brands, negotiate the terms, consolidate your order, and handle all communication with the Korean side, so you don't spend weeks chasing emails across time zones.
Can I order from multiple brands at once?
Yes. You place one order across as many brands as you like, get one invoice from CNS Nature, and receive one consolidated shipment.
Is there a minimum order?
We don't have a minimum order. Some brands set their own MOQs, usually starting at one box.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Samples are free on request, and we cover the shipping.
How long does it take from order to shipment?
Usually 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on each brand's stock.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Payment terms vary by buyer. For orders under $50,000, we usually ask for full payment upfront. For larger orders, we can do a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due within 30 days of shipment, and other terms are open to negotiation.
We ship FOB Busan, so you cover freight and insurance from the Korean port onward. If you need a forwarder, we can introduce you to our logistics partners at no charge for the introduction.
I'm in the US. Do I order through you or Seoul Glow Lab?
Either works. For faster delivery, we'll usually point you to Seoul Glow Lab's stock in San Diego. For brands not yet stocked in the US, we ship directly from Korea.
Are the products compliant for my market?
We prepare the export documents for every order, tell us your market and we'll confirm what each brand has ready.
I'm a Korean brand. How do I work with you?
